2–2.5 lb salmon fillet
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
4 garlic cloves, crushed
Juice of 2 limes
2 tsp lime zest
Sea salt and pepper
1/4 cup parsley
Lime slices
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking pan with parchment or foil.
Melt butter, then whisk in honey, garlic, lime juice, and zest.
Place salmon on pan, season, pour sauce over, sprinkle with half the parsley.
Bake 15–18 min until just cooked; broil 2–3 min for browning.
Garnish with more parsley and lime. Serve hot.
