This recipe makes cotton candy fudge easy for everyone, with party-perfect color and carnival flavor in every bite!
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tsp cotton candy flavoring
Pink & blue gel food coloring
(Optional: pastel sprinkles or cotton candy bits)
Line an 8” pan with parchment, leaving overhang.
Melt chips, condensed milk, and butter in saucepan, stirring until smooth.
Divide into two bowls; stir in flavoring and food colors.
Drop spoonfuls into pan, swirl gently with knife.
Cover, chill 2 hours. Cut in squares; garnish as desired.
